Teresa Ruiz Pedersen is a Legal Advisor and Immigration Stability Specialist with more than 35 years of professional experience in legal, administrative, financial, and international management fields, complemented by over four years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration processes.
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Law, Foreign Affairs, and International Relations from the European Institute Campus Stellae in Spain. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Commercial Engineering) from the Vicente Rocafuerte Lay University of Ecuador and completed MBA studies in Finance and Human Resources at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in auditing, financial management, project coordination, and corporate administration, developing a strong ability to analyze complex situations, guide individuals through critical moments, and identify effective solutions.
Her immigration experience includes asylum cases, family-based petitions, permanent residency, adjustment of status, citizenship, student visas, work permits, immigration document preparation, translations, interpretations, and USCIS interview support.
